Vaughan’s is a for real pub. Sometimes pubs concentrate so much on their pubbiness, that they neglect the fact that they are a restaurant. That definitely doesn’t happen here. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Vaughan’s has been voted best Guinness in Connecticut by actual Guinness drinkers, which is a great accomplishment because, really – who knows better than they do?
