Bizarre Bazaar is an artisan craft fair that is held annually in downtown Hartford. The fair hosts local artists, crafters, and connoisseurs of creepiness. Stick around for a DOUBLE HEADER. Spooky Popcorn, our free outdoor horror movie series, will be showing In The Mouth of Madness at 8pm on Constitution Plaza.
