The Winter Blues is a free, twice-weekly live music series taking place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12-1 pm inside the State House Square food court in downtown Hartford.

The Winter Blues features original music from Connecticut artists across the blues, folk, R&B, and soul spectrum.

This series is made possible by a grant from the Greater Hartford Arts Council.
