Spooky Popcorn is a free outdoor horror movie festival held annually in downtown Hartford.

Horror movie fans enjoy outdoor showings on Constitution Plaza on Saturday evenings from July through August and are encouraged to bring snacks, blankets, and chairs.

These events are free and open to the public.
