Yoga Flow on the River
Get your zen on every Wednesday night through August with Hartford Sweat on the river. Stretch and strengthen your body and mind in this class designed to link movement with breath, allowing you to unwind and connect. This class is a perfect blend of all-levels yoga to music that will clear your mind, exercise and strengthen your body through a series of smooth and calming postures. The shaded area and scenic backdrop make this a perfect setting for a one-hour yoga practice that will relax and rejuvenate you for the week.
The classes are taught in a Vinyasa style flow of yoga postures suitable for any level of yoga experience, and the instructors are trained to recognize and provide modifications for past injuries or limitations a person may have so that everyone is relaxed and challenged to the level they desire. Please bring water and a yoga mat, and arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to check-in.
