Yoga + Craft for the Season
Join After Glow Studio’s own Mariah to celebrate the turn of the wheel of the year with another session of Yoga + Craft for the Season. During this workshop, you will welcome the Winter Solstice with gentle movement and craft to invoke the season’s magic. Attendees will craft their own magical ornament to adorn their holiday tree, home, or altar. Your movement practice will be a slow and gentle flow to harness the cozy and darker elements of the season, rooted in themes of light and dark, rebirth, and reflection.
