Put on your best costume and come Trick or Treat on Pratt! Grab a free Pratt Street trick-or-treat bag and stop into select Pratt Street businesses for candy, retail specials, and food and drink specials. Prize for best costume! This event takes place during the Bizarre Bazaar so Pratt will be decked out with all things spooky. Bags and candy are first come first serve.
