The Omen
Spooky Popcorn is a free outdoor horror movie festival held annually in downtown Hartford. Horror movie fans enjoy outdoor showings on Constitution Plaza on Saturday evenings from August through September and are encouraged to brink snacks, blankets, and chairs. This event is free and open to the public. Sponsored by The Hartford.
