Run for the Riverfront
If you enjoy a brisk autumn walk, how about a brisk autumn 5k? Walk, run, row or erg (that’s the sound you make when you row, right?) for a good cause. Riverfront Recapture’s Run for the Riverfront raises funds to support their Community Rowing Program and you’ll get a good workout– its’s a win-win (especially if you win the race).
