Other People’s Poems
Read a poem- which someone else wrote – that you love, so that you can feel all fuzzy and warm on the inside. Also, you are not legally required to read a poem. You can come cheer everybody on. Here’s how it works: Sign up for a slot starting at 6:30pm (there are 25 slots). Poems may be read from a page, a screen, or from memory. If you have your poem memorized, you win a loofah. Yup, you read that right. Please only read one poem, save the other for next time.
