Autumn Equinox: Yoga & Craft for the Season
Yoga and Craft for the Season is back! Join Alchemy Movement Artistic Director, Mariah Rasmussen, to celebrate the turn of the wheel of the year. During this workshop, you will welcome the Autumn Equinox with movement and craft to invoke the magic of the season.
Attendees will craft and decorate their own cinnamon broom to add a touch of seasonal decor to their homes or assist in your magical practices. Your movement practice will be rooted in themes of balance, gratitude, and reflection.
