28th Annual Children’s Festival at IHF
El Centro Family Center at Catholic Charities hosts its 28th annual Children’s Festival. This free community celebration features games and performances, raffles and prizes, music for all ages, educational activities, and information on local resources, with free food available for the first 400 guests.
