Rochambeau Day
History comes marching back to Connecticut’s Old State House for Rochambeau Day, commemorating the historic meeting of George Washington and French General Rochambeau in Hartford. Watch a wreath-laying ceremony, musket and cannon volleys, and military reenactments, then stick around for museum tours and conversations with the generals themselves.
