Bear’s Smokehouse serves its Kansas City barbecue cafeteria style, and it is GOOD. It’s hard to decide what to order but the meat combo make it much easier. Otherwise you’d have to choose brisket over turkey, or sausage over pulled pork or kielbasa over burnt ends, and that’s just not fair.
