Yoga In Our City
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome at this community class, inclusive of all ages, sizes, and abilities. Teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They prioritize consent by not offering hands-on assists.
Yoga is so much more than the poses. Yoga is about connecting with yourself and remembering that you are enough, exactly as you are.
Bring your own props, like yoga mats and towels. Participants are encouraged to prepare for the weather with items such as sunblock, water, and layered clothing.
