Tyler Gauruder & Stephanie Ruddy

Audio Feed is a weekly live music series on Wednesdays from 12-1PM on Consitution Plaza featuring local musicians. This event is made possible through sponsorship by Capital Community College.
Tyler Gauruder, originally from Manchester CT, began his viola studies at age 10. He holds a Bachelors of Music in Viola Performance from the Hartt School, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Viola Performance. A seasoned teacher, Tyler also performs regularly with the Torrington Symphony, Beth El Temple Symphony, and Colchester Symphony, as well as a soloist with those orchestras. He has recorded numerous soundtracks for small films, as well as jazz and pop artists. Tyler has been teaching violin and viola for 15 years, as well as coaching chamber ensembles.
Litchfield resident Stephanie Ruddy has been playing/studying classical violin for almost 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from the University of Hartford and Suzuki Method teaching certifications from the Hartt Suzuki Institute. In addition to teaching from her home studio in Litchfield, she is a freelance performing violinist for various orchestras and chamber groups throughout Connecticut.
