Science Workshop: Robotics

Join the Science Center’s talented team of STEM educators for a 90-minute hands-on activity with all of the materials included.  Workshops are designed for children ages 7-12, parents can either drop off their children or stay and play. In addition to your Workshop registration, you must also have a General Admission ticket or Membership for the date of your Workshop in order to participate.

THIS WORKSHOP: Robotics

Explore the fascinating world of robotics and learn how to code using a drag-and-drop coding. Try your hand at programming on real hardware to learn what it takes to make incredible electronic devices using a Circuit Playground, some additional supplies, and your imagination!

• Two sessions are available: 11AM and 1:30PM
• 90-minute Workshop — Supplies are included for the activity (not to keep)
• Recommended for children ages 7-12
• Science Center General Admission ticket or Membership is also required to participate (sold separately)
• Parents can drop off or stay and participate
• Only registered children will be allowed in the Workshop room
