Sacred Heart Church & Keney Clock Tower Open House
In preparation for the upcoming Arrowhead area planning process (the area between and overlapping Downtown and the Clay Arsenal neighborhood), the Archdiocese of Hartford will be opening the Sacred Heart church building (on Ely Street, adjacent to the Keney Clock Tower park), on Monday night, July 26, between 6:30 – 8:00PM. The Sacred Heart property is part of the Arrowhead planning area.
Also on the same night between 6:30 – 8:00, Henry Hester of Friends of Keney Park will be at the Keney Clock Tower to offer folks an opportunity to go inside the Clock Tower. Henry will be sharing the historic significance of the Clock Tower and the park, which is also part of the Arrowhead planning area.
