Take the stage at lower Mortensen Riverfront Plaza for RiverBarre, this free class taught by instructors from Hartford Sweat. Barre is a total-body-toning workout based on a combination of ballet movement, yoga alignment and Pilates core work. You’ll feel the burn with these low-impact body weight exercises that incorporate resistance bands, yoga stretching and controlled breathing. Strengthen and sculpt your body and your mind! Bring water and a yoga mat, and wear sneakers. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to check-in.
