Spooky Popcorn & The Bizarre Bazaar is a free outdoor horror movie festival and artisan craft fair held annually in downtown Hartford throughout the fall season. Horror movie fans enjoy outdoor showings on Constitution Plaza on Saturday evenings from August through October and are encouraged to brink snacks, blankets, and chairs. About the movie:

Seven young outcasts in Derry, Maine, are about to face their worst nightmare — an ancient, shape-shifting evil that emerges from the sewer every 27 years to prey on the town’s children.
