
Family Program: Cocoa and Crafts Story Hour
Join Connecticut Historical Society for a morning of a morning of hot chocolate, crafts, and readings of Stella Blackstone’s Bear at Work. After the story, make a toy bear of your own and design it a special work uniform. Story times will be at 10:15 am and 11:15 am. Then, explore some historic jobs, like farming or performing magic, in the exhibit Albert’s Odd Jobs: Making A Living in the 1800s.
This program is included with the cost of admission to the museum and is great for children under the age of 10.
