An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until Wednesday, July 31, 2019
In this class, you will be encouraged to meet yourself right where you are and practice yoga for longevity. Also, you’ll be guided to mindfully and compassionately cultivate connection, strength and flexibility in the mind, body and heart.
This class is a blend of breath work, flowing movement, restoration and meditation based on the unique needs of the class. No experience required for this gentle, all levels class. $5 – $15 suggested donation.
