Practice the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi Qigong with Stan Baker, licensed acupuncturist who has been a certified Tai Chi instructor for 30 years. Tai Chi, often described as “meditation in motion”, is a martial art involving a flowing series of postures. These gentle exercises can increase vitality and fix the energy blockages which can lead to disease. According to Mayo Clinic, 2.5 million Americans currently practice Tai Chi to promote better health and well-being.
