Head Rose Gardener Peter Winne will lead FREE tours of Elizabeth Park’s historic Rose Garden every Wednesday through July 3.Learn about the history of the Garden, as well as how the beautiful roses are maintained year after year. No registration is required. Tours begin at the flagpole outside the green cottage.
