Author Janet Evanovich celebrates the publication of her 25th Stephanie Plum novel, Look Alive Twenty-Five. Join her in conversation with humor author and UConn professor Gina Barreca as they talk about her successful writing career. A copy of the new book is included.

Evanovich, like her character Stephanie Plum, grew up in New Jersey. After graduating from Rutgers, marriage, and motherhood, she began writing romance novels. Robert De Niro’s performance as a bounty hunter in Midnight Run inspired her to create her iconic character Stephanie Plum, a Trenton, N.J.-based tracker of bail jumpers.

The Mark My Words series is sponsored by the Wish You Well Foundation.
Connecticut Public-WNPR is the media sponsor for the Mark My Words series.
