Shop, sip, and eat your winter blues away (socially distanced and masked up of course) on historic Pratt Street. Support small businesses and get your holiday shopping done outdoors safely. The City of Hartford and the Hartford Parking Authority is offering free parking for all Small Business Saturday shoppers in Downtown Hartford.
