Beginner Pilates (Online & In Studio)
This Pilates Mat class utilizes your own body weight to challenge the muscles using the Pilates method. It’s a great way to take Pilates exercises home or on the road with you. In these classes you’ll learn how to find your alignment and progress through exercises that activate your core and challenge your entire body. Please bring your own mat.
