Ballet Barre & Conditioning (Online & In-Studio)
A new hybrid movement class merging 30 minutes of Floor Barre, Pilates, Yoga and mobility exercises to strengthen and ready our bodies for a 30-minute ballet barre. Suitably paced for adult beginner dance students, great for injury rehabilitation, or those who just want to get their bodies mobile, fluid and strong. Class begins with a 30-minute warm up and conditioning module and ends with a 30-minute ballet barre.
