The Richard P. Garmany Fund and Hartford Public Library present Jazz 201: Jazz Placemaking with Emmett Goods. Dr. Emmett Goods, a former Hartford Native who graduated from the Hartt School at University of Hartford, will be presenting on important cities/neighborhoods in the growth and development of jazz.
