Sadly, it appears to be too late to officially get tickets for your kids to see Miley Cyrus's show, but be on the look out for 12 year-old scalpers.
As of 10/26 you could still get single tickets. So, if you're into going to a Miley Cyrus concert all by yourself, it's no problem. However, the fact that you're old enough to go to a Miley Cyrus concert all by yourself, and you're considering doing it, IS a problem.
