P.V. could be the newest Batman Super Villain: The Fiddler. Like the Riddler, but older and with a fiddle. He could run around McKinnon's every Wednesday night causing mayhem while bellowing "Fiddle me this..."
And then Robin would say "Holy strawberries Batman, we're in a jam!" Actually he'd probably use a more Irish fruit, like gooseberry or bramble or orange marmalade.
