Tapas are amazing for several reasons. Usually the food arrives in rotation and you eat these little plates of food one at a time, so you never really know how much food you've consumed until the top button of your pants pops and flings off. Tapas Tuesdays menu at Costa del Sol:
You're looking at Spanish sausage in Roja red wine sauce, croquettes stuffed with Serrano ham and beef, or the mind blowing shrimp sauteed with garlic filets, Spanish paprika and white wine which happens to be one of the finest creations in all the world. Other places make it, no one makes it better.
